1. Introduction
By enrolling in any of our driving lessons, test packages, or services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all students and are subject to change at the discretion of Kasong Driving School.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All lessons and packages must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Payments must be made in full before the start of any lesson or package.

  • No refunds will be made once payment has been received, for any reason.

  • Driving test packages cannot be converted into driving lessons, and driving lesson packages cannot be transferred to another student.

  • Please make sure you fully understand this policy before making any payment.

  • We accept cash, EFT, or other approved payment methods.

3. Lesson Policy

  • Each driving lesson lasts for the agreed duration (typically 2 hours unless stated otherwise).

  • Students must arrive on time. Any time lost due to late arrival will not be recovered or refunded.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being forfeited.

4. Student Requirements

  • Students must have a valid learner’s licence and bring it to every lesson.

  • Students must follow all instructions given by the instructor for safety and learning purposes.

  • Any dangerous, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Road Test Bookings

  • Kasong Driving School may assist with booking driving tests but cannot guarantee test dates or outcomes.

  • The student is solely responsible for their performance and test results.

6. Liability

  • While we prioritise safety, Kasong Driving School is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage during training or transport.

  • Our vehicles are fully insured and maintained to comply with roadworthy standards.

7. Anti-Corruption Policy
Kasong Driving School maintains a strict anti-corruption policy.
We do not engage in, support, or tolerate any form of corruption, bribery, or illegal activity related to obtaining a driving licence.
Any individual attempting to involve our staff or services in corrupt practices will be reported to the authorities and permanently banned from using our services.

8. Code of Conduct

  • All instructors and students must treat one another with respect and professionalism.

  • Any form of abuse, harassment, or discrimination will result in immediate action.

9. Amendments
Kasong Driving School reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated accordingly.
