Driver’s Licence Test
Our Driver’s Licence Test package is ideal for students who are ready to take their practical driving test and need full support with the process. In addition, this package allows you to use a driving school vehicle without booking additional driving lessons.
Driver’s Licence Test Package Includes
- Test Booking – We assist with booking your Driver’s Licence Test.
- Driving School Car – Use a suitable driving school vehicle on the day of your test.
- DLTC Transportation – We provide transport to the DLTC to confirm your booking.
- Test-Day Transportation – We provide transport to the DLTC on the day of your test.
- Second Test Attempt – If you do not pass your first attempt, you receive one additional test attempt. Terms and conditions apply.
Please Note
This package covers the driving test only. Therefore, it does not include driving lessons.
In addition, the second attempt includes one additional test booking, use of the driving school car and transportation, provided you book the second attempt through Kasong Driving School.
What You Need to Bring
Please prepare the following documents and fees before your test:
- Original South African ID or passport
- Valid visa or permit, where applicable
- Proof of residence dated within the last 3 months
- Two ID photographs
- R228 Driver’s Licence booking confirmation fee, paid directly at the DLTC
- R228 licence issue fee, paid after passing the test
- Eye test certificate, if available
Please note: You can complete the eye test at the DLTC if you do not have an eye test certificate and have no known vision problems.
Test-Day Support
First, we help you confirm your booking at the DLTC. Next, we provide transportation on the day of your test and make the driving school vehicle available for your test.
As a result, you can focus on your practical driving test while we assist with the relevant arrangements.
