This package is designed for non-South African citizens who need both a Traffic Register Number (TRN) and a Learner’s License to begin their driving journey in South Africa.
Package Includes:
Assistance with applying for a Traffic Register Number (TRN)
Booking of the Learner’s License test
Transport to the DLTC for both TRN and Learner’s License processes:
• To apply for the Traffic Register Number
• To confirm the Learner’s License booking
• On the day of the Learner’s License test
What You Need to Bring:
Original passport and valid visa or permit
Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
Two ID photos
R108 for the learner’s license booking confirmation fee (paid directly at the DLTC)
R65 license issue fee (paid after passing the test)
Eye test certificate (optional — can be done at the DLTC free of charge if you do not have vision issues)

This package does not include tuition, ID photos, eye test, or DLTC-related fees.
All documents must be original and valid at the time of application.
